TheStreamline Icelandic GEN2 Saddle Padis the latest generation of our proven Streamline pads. It impresses riders with stability, perfect fit and maximum comfort – even during long rides, challenging terrain or on Icelandic horses with their unique back conformation.
Streamline Technology – for a secure fit under the saddle
Thanks to the innovativeStreamline Technology, the pad stays securely in place even during extended rides or intense movement. • The Velcro strip in the lumbar area connects directly to the saddle via the saddle component • This prevents the pad from slipping, pulling down or shifting into the withers or loin area • The horse’s sensitive spine is protected and maximum freedom of movement is ensured
Riders looking for a durable, non-slip pad for Icelandic horses or trail riding will find a comfortable and long-lasting solution in theStreamline Icelandic GEN2.
Key features of the Streamline Icelandic GEN2: • Reinforced girth and spine channel zones for shape stability • Low-profile design for close contact between saddle and pad • Anatomical fit for optimal positioning, specially adapted to Icelandic horse backs • Satin piping for an exclusive look • Honeycomb quilting for even pressure distribution • Adjustable snap button fastenings on the breastplate rings for secure attachment
Easy attachment in just three steps:
Insert the saddle component between panel and tree
Connect the pad’s Velcro strip with the saddle component
Attach the snap buttons to the breastplate rings
Result:a secure, stable and non-slip pad that stays perfectly in place – even on long rides or during intensive training sessions.

Stübben team riders rely on theStreamline Icelandic GEN2 Saddle Padfor trail rides, training and competitions:
“Finally, a pad that truly stays where it belongs. Its anatomical shape adapts perfectly to the horse’s back – unlike many other pads that slip or pull down. Our horses also sweat significantly less under it.”
I used the shoes in Iceland for riding and bit hiking. Had them on whole days and walked around waterfalls getting the shoes wet. I had no problems even I didn't have time to use them before so they were brand new and they kept my feet dry.
For warmer weather they might be too warm, but for fall, spring and mild winter they will be perfect!
I usually use 38 or 39 on shoes and got 39 on these. 38,5 would have been perfect with normal sock, but with 39 I can fit wool sock for colder days.
